Step 1

  • Website, product, logo, messaging all aligned.
  • What message connects with potential investors.
  • People often invest into the story and the team. Spend time preparing it so it is powerful and easy to digest.
  • Your campaign video will be the first thing investors see on the offering page. Have it professionally done, with a clear message, under 2 minutes ideally.
  • Decks are the basis for introducing your company to investors. Make sure the messaging is clear and easy to understand, with focusing on minimizing text and emphasizing visual information. (charts, graphs, stats, maps, etc)
  • Step 2

  • Press Releases, Online Conversations, etc
  • People will research before they invest. Instagram, Twitter, other socials are where investors will research.
  • There is no crowdfunding without a crowd. Build support so when other investors do research, they see support across platforms.
  • Build social proof to allow investors on the fence to feel confident to invest.
  • Step 3

  • Updated rules allow you to start generating investor interest. We can do this asap, and allow you to start building a list of prospective investors! This will give your Offering momentum when launched.
